I’m a psychotherapist with graduate and post-graduate training from Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in Livingston, NJ where I continue studying.  I am a member of the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis.

Before entering the field of mental health, I spent over 20 years in human resources at Fortune 100 companies, where I specialized in identifying, coaching, and developing top talent and teams across the globe. I hold a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Montclair State University, M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University and M.A in Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.

My journey has given me firsthand insight into the complexities and challenges of life’s major transitions—whether it’s birth, school, immigration, parenting, career shifts, loss, heartbreak, or aging.

I’ve long been deeply curious about how the mind works—the roots of human behavior, the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, and the impact of transgenerational trauma and family systems. This lifelong curiosity led me to study a wide range of Eastern and Western therapeutic modalities with esteemed teachers.

I consider myself a “Renaissance therapist”—drawing on diverse approaches to support individuals of all ages, cultures, and belief systems. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups.

My approach is highly personalized, whether you're a high-functioning individual seeking deeper meaning or someone navigating significant emotional and mental challenges.
